NOTE: APPLICATIONS FOR UPGRADE MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE 4/30/12, NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be able to come to our office through 4/30/12, to take the exam and get your original transcript for the upgrade courses (you need an original embossed transcript to send to the State). If you are going to have your 30 or 45 hour upgrade exam proctored online make sure you take it IMMEDIATELY, we will mail you a transcript or you can come in and pick it up. If you do not receive the transcript in time, fill out the application with fee and mail/postmarked it by 4/30 anyways. We have been told you will be able to submit the transcript later.
